Brief
We work closely with every one of our clients, both new and existing, right from the start of each project to ensure we have a clear understanding of requirements and get right to the heart of the detail, taking a clear and concise project brief as the first step in bringing your stand from a concept to a reality.
Stand Design
Utilising the latest in 3D design software, we can bring your stand to life before it has even taken shape. Incorporating branded messaging through both modular and custom designs, we offer a free design service to showcase the range of installation options, giving you the most accurate visual representation of the final proposal.
Audio Visual Support
From roving iPads to LED walls, and everything in between, AI Exhibitions have the technical experience to deliver AV packages tailored to your requirements. Working with our trusted AV support specialists, AI Exhibitions can manage the hardware hire and installation elements as well as content development and delivery where required.
Project Management
AI Exhibitions will handle all elements of your project, from inception to execution. Liaising with venues, organisers and happily working our way through the myriad of technical plans, H&S forms and insurance details, AI take care of the boring stuff as standard!
Live Event Delivery
The build and installation of your booth is managed by our dedicated team of experts, to ensure quality and reliability every step of the way. Prior to onsite build, the team conduct a full pre-build in the workshop to ensure all framework, graphics, flooring, lighting and technical installation are correct prior to leaving for build. With the AI team, preparation is paramount so that the most important element, the client’s satisfaction, is achieved every time for an engaging and visually striking display, perfectly designed to achieve your show goals.
Post Show
Here at AI, we realise that after-show care is just as important as pre-show management. Not only do we store all assets such as graphics – which allow for future redeployment and helping to achieve those all-important cost savings – we also offer this as a FOC add on.
We take every effort to obtain feedback from each of our clients to ensure their views are not only heard, but actioned as well. A two-way dialogue and open communication is key to the success of every project and we truly believe there is always room for improvement and the raising of standards.
